Why? It has it all!

Favorite Utah Trail: Golden Spike
Why? The quintessential Moab trail.

Least Favorite Trail: Coney Flats
Why? Long flat and bumpy. Prefer to do the Middle St Vrain side + cut up to the lake and then return same way.

Fred also has a white 1990 Jeep Cherokee (XJ) featured on some of the runs.
